Shipping policy

Eccentric Oasis currently ships physical merchandise within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Eccentric Oasis is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at elyssa@eccentricoasis.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at elyssa@eccentricoasis.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable so we can review the issue.

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for select orders when offered at checkout. Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Eccentric Oasis does not currently offer international shipping.

SERVICES

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased through the Eccentric Oasis Beauty Bar.

Hair Spa appointments and Cleaning Bar services are not subject to this Shipping Policy and are governed by their respective booking and service policies.
