Purchases of physical merchandise are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Eccentric Oasis may offer appointment based and professional services through divisions including Hair Spa and Cleaning Bar.

Service availability, pricing, duration, eligibility, deposits, payment requirements, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, service areas, and other booking conditions may vary by service.

Any policies, disclosures, or terms presented during the booking or checkout process form part of your agreement with Eccentric Oasis.

Appointments are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed and any required payment or deposit has been successfully processed.

Hair Spa appointments and Cleaning Bar services are governed by their applicable booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and no show policies. These policies may differ from the Return and Refund Policy applicable to physical Beauty Bar merchandise.

Eccentric Oasis reserves the right to decline, cancel, discontinue, or reschedule a service when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, payment, eligibility, staffing, weather, access, policy compliance, or other legitimate business reasons.

If Eccentric Oasis cancels a prepaid service and the customer is not responsible for the cancellation, we will communicate any applicable rescheduling, credit, or refund options.

SECTION 5: HAIR SPA SERVICES

Hair Spa services are provided according to the service descriptions and booking terms presented at the time of booking.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary for us to perform the requested service.

Results may vary based on factors including hair condition, previous treatments, maintenance, product use, and individual characteristics. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eccentric Oasis does not guarantee a particular cosmetic or styling result.

Customers must disclose information reasonably relevant to the safe performance of the requested service, including known allergies or sensitivities to products being used when applicable.

Hair Spa appointments are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, deposit, and no show policies disclosed during booking.

SECTION 6: CLEANING BAR SERVICES

Cleaning Bar services provide salon suite cleaning, resetting, restocking, common area refresh services where offered, and related professional support according to the service purchased.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate and authorized access to the service location at the scheduled time.

Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, confidential records, prescription products, high value items, and other sensitive or valuable property before service begins.

Unless expressly included in the purchased service, Cleaning Bar services do not include specialized remediation, hazardous material removal, biohazard remediation, pest removal, structural repair, maintenance, or other services outside the stated scope of work.

Restocking services may require the customer to provide inventory or authorize the purchase of inventory separately. Product and inventory costs are not included unless expressly stated in the applicable service description.

Cleaning Bar services are subject to the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, access, and service specific policies disclosed at the time of booking.

SECTION 7: PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, services, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The amount charged will be the price displayed at the time your order or booking is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, customs charges, gratuities, inventory purchases, or other fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

This section applies to physical merchandise purchased through Eccentric Oasis Beauty Bar.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Eccentric Oasis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Hair Spa appointments and Cleaning Bar services are not subject to this Shipping Policy unless physical merchandise is separately purchased for delivery.

Physical merchandise purchased through Beauty Bar is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility for return depends on the condition and type of merchandise purchased.

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, certain opened, used, tested, or unsealed personal care, hair care, body care, beauty, or wellness products may not be eligible for return.

Hair Spa appointments, Cleaning Bar services, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and no shows are governed by the applicable service policies presented during booking and are not governed by the merchandise return period unless expressly stated otherwise.

However, purchases and transactions made through our store are made directly with Eccentric Oasis.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Eccentric Oasis, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from Eccentric Oasis, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
