Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your $15 deposit reserves your appointment. It can be moved to a new date, as long as the new date falls within 30 days of the original appointment. If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your $15 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, and moves beyond 30 days forfeit the deposit.
